How to Apply
1. Check Show Availability
Make sure your category is still open before applying.
2. Choose Your Event
Browse our full schedule and select the event(s) you’d like to apply to.
3. Apply Through the Event Page
Each event has its own application.
• Click into the event page
• Select the appropriate application at the bottom
• Submit through Eventeny
Once you submit your application online, you’ll receive an auto-confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it.
During the busy early season (especially for Spring shows), we receive a large volume of applications, so please allow about three weeks before hearing back. After the initial rush applications are generally reviewed within a week.
Food Vendors & Specialty Food Exhibitors
Applying for a food space?
We have two categories:
Food Vendors (onsite cooking)
Food trucks, trailers, and prepared-to-order items
– A Food Vendor Application will be listed on select event pages
Specialty Food (packaged items)
Jams, baked goods, popcorn, sauces, and similar products
– Apply through the Juried Artisan Application
(link available at the bottom of each event page)
A Few Things to Know
• Each event requires a separate application
• Your Eventeny profile saves your info for future applications
• You may apply to multiple events
• If an event is full, qualified applicants will be placed on a waitlist upon review
• All event-related communication takes place through Eventeny
