Food VENDORS
We welcome both Specialty Food exhibitors and Food Vendors preparing food onsite.
These are two different categories — please review below to apply correctly.
First — what kind of food exhibitor are you?
Specialty Food Vendors (no onsite cooking)
You fall into this category if your products are prepared ahead of time and sold packaged.
Examples include:
jams, honey, maple syrup, sauces, spice blends, baked goods (packaged), candy, popcorn, coffee or tea, oils, vinegars, and similar items.
– Apply through the Juried Artisan Application
– Select “Specialty Foods” as your category
Food Vendors (onsite cooking)
This category is for food prepared fresh at the event.
Examples include:
food trucks, trailers, grills, fryers, and beverage stations serving ready-to-eat items.

– Space is limited and available at select outdoor events only

Sandwich Summer Craft Festival
A relaxed, destination-style setting where guests come to spend time, shop, and stay awhile.
~2,000–4,000 attendees
Show Hours: Sat. 10-5 / Sun. 10-4
Set up Hours: Fri. 3-8 & Sat. 7-9
Guests typically spend several hours at this event, creating strong potential for food sales throughout the day.
• No other food options onsite — a strong, focused opportunity for the selected vendor
To support vendor success, we will be very limited and selective:
• 1 main food vendor
• Plus specialty foods, kettle corn, and lemonade
Booth Sizes & Pricing:
Food Vendor Booth (all setups up to 32 ft) — $395
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance.
The remaining balance will be automatically processed 45 days prior to the event.
There IS AN additional health permit and fee required for this event.
~70 juried artisans creating a steady flow of shoppers throughout the day
We are intentional about limiting food vendors to support a successful and balanced experience for both vendors and guests.

Outdoor festival at Stage Fort Park — a scenic waterfront setting and one of the most anticipated events of the season
~20,000–25,000 attendees
Show Hours: Sat. 9–6 / Sun. 9–5
Set up Hours: Fri. 3–8 & Sat. 6–9
One of our largest events of the year, drawing tens of thousands of visitors to Gloucester’s iconic waterfront.
Guests move through the park throughout the day and often stay for extended periods, creating consistent demand for food service from morning through late afternoon.
• A large dining canopy with ample tables and seating encourages guests to stay, relax, and enjoy food on-site
To support vendor success, we are thoughtful about our food lineup:
• Approximately 12 food vendors
• A carefully balanced mix with limited duplication
Booth Sizes & Pricing:
12′ x 12′ Tent Food Vendor — $800
Food Truck / Trailer Space (up to 24 ft) — $950
Large Food Truck Space (25–32 ft) — $1050
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance.

Labor Day Weekend Craft Festival
Outdoor festival at Simpkins Field — a high-visibility location along busy Route 28 on Cape Cod
~2,500–5,000 attendees
Show Hours: Sat. 10–5 / Sun. 10–4
Set up Hours: Fri. 3–8 & Sat. 6–9
A well-established event held during one of Cape Cod’s busiest holiday weekends, drawing steady traffic from both locals and visitors throughout the day.
Guests often spend time browsing, relaxing, and returning throughout the weekend, creating strong potential for consistent food sales.
• No other food options onsite — a strong, focused opportunity for selected vendors
• A designated dining area with tented seating encourages guests to stay longer and enjoy food on-site
To support vendor success, we will be very limited and selective:
• 1–2 main food vendors (non-competing menus)
• Plus specialty foods, kettle corn, and lemonade

Food Vendor Booth (all setups up to 32 ft) — $395
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance.

What We Look For
Food vendors are juried for each event. We carefully consider:
• Menu variety and overall balance
• Avoiding duplicate offerings
• Setup and space requirements
• Professional presentation
Accepted vendors may only sell approved menu items.
Requirements for All Food Exhibitors
All food participants must:
• Follow local Health Department and Fire Code regulations
• Obtain required permits for each event
• Hold a current ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification
• Complete Allergen Awareness training
• Prepare products in an approved/inspected facility (when applicable)
All documentation must be available onsite.
