Stopping Spam


We send a lot of emails.

To send group emails we use Constant Contact, a reliable email marketing platform with security protocols and authentication in place, using the highest industry standards and best practices for over 20 years.

We communicate with Exhibitors exclusively through email.
If you are not receiving emails from Castleberry Fairs chances are
these emails are going to your Spam, Junk or Promotions Folders.

Here are the easy steps you can take to stop our Emails from going to your Spam filter:

In Gmail

  1. On your computer, open Gmail.
  2. On the left, click More.
  3. Click Spam.
  4. Open the email.
  5. At the top, click Not spam.

This action should allow you to get future emails.

In Yahoo

  1. Open the Yahoo Mail app.
  2. Tap on the Inbox icon located in the bottom-left part of your screen.
  3. Go to the Spam folder.
  4. Select the email you want to mark as not spam.
  5. Tap the Not Spam button located in the bottom-right part of your screen.

Unfortunately, there’s no guarantee that marking an email as not spam once will be enough for future similar messages not to end up in the spam folder again.
